Service Description

If your time is limited you can still come to us for stand alone days of Talking Therapy and Sound Therapy. You will be made feel most welcome and at home while visiting this area of Ireland. We suggest a 07:30am arrival and 7pm departure. All organised group sound, nature, mindfulness and meditation activities are included. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included.
